Tell us about your new partnership with Hunter Engineering Company?
Our partnership means we are a key distributor of Hunter’s cutting-edge heavy duty wheel alignment equipment in the UK. At the heart of this partnership is Hunter’s Heavy Duty Wheel Alignment system, a game-changer for fleet operators and maintenance professionals. This state-of-the-art system employs advanced technology to ensure the precise alignment of heavy-duty vehicles.
Its precise sensors and software enable accurate measurement and adjustment of wheel alignment parameters, significantly enhancing vehicle safety, tyre longevity, and fuel efficiency. With the Heavy-Duty Wheel Alignment, operators can now achieve optimal performance and safety, minimising downtime, and costly repairs.
The Heavy-Duty Quick Check is a revolutionary vehicle inspection system that streamlines the assessment process for commercial vehicles. This innovative technology provides a comprehensive overview of a vehicle’s alignment, tyre condition and brake performance in a matter of minutes. Designed to increase efficiency and reduce maintenance costs, the Quick Check system allows fleet operators to identify potential issues before they escalate, ultimately improving vehicle reliability and reducing operational downtime.

What about your range of mobile column lifts and brake testing equipment?
With capacities of 7,500kg per column our Mobile Column Lifts are the perfect heavy duty lift for when flexible space-saving solutions are required. The T8 range includes both cabled and cable-free versions. Capable of testing up to 20,000kg per axle, our DVSA-approved mobile and in-ground brake tester models are supplied with computer cabinet, printer and a handheld tablet enabling tests to be conducted from the comfort of the driver seat.
Totalkare can manage all civil works related to the in-ground unit installation if required, and both can be supplied with load simulating capabilities if needed.
And finally, tell us about your vehicle inspection pit and tyre changer products?
Bespoke fabricated to suit workshop requirements, our vehicle inspection pits are manufactured from lengths of six metres upwards. Totalkare can cover everything from the preparation for the installation of stand-alone brake testers to the installation of multi-pit facilities and underground workshops.
Meanwhile, Totalkare’s range of tyre changers facilitate the swift and hassle-free removal and replacement of tyres and wheel servicing. Often purchased alongside a wheel balancer and wheel alignment, they make light work of repetitive tasks in the workshop, automating much of the process to reduce physical strain on operatives.
