Evening of 25 May 2004
17:30 – 21:30
For the first time in its 100-year history, the motor show is allowing corporate access on Press Day. Guests at the first-ever President’s Preview will see the exhibition before the anticipated 600,000 visitors and have a chance to win a car.
The President’s Preview, taking place on 25 May 2004 at the NEC, will raise funds for the Birmingham Children’s Hospital and BEN, the motor and allied trades benevolent fund.
Coventry-based Tod Evans, President of the SMMT, the show’s organiser, said “The Motor Industry and the West Midlands community are inextricably linked. I want local businesses to get behind the event and to help make it a great success.”
The Sunday Times Motor Show Live is unlike any previous motor show, ensuring that guests will have an exceptional evening. After looking around the exhibition, guests have a chance to win a car. The evening culminates in a private performance of Motropolis, a futuristic action drama, in the Live Action Arena.
Tickets start at £85 + VAT per person, with discounts for multiple bookings. The event is open to corporate guests only.
